A couple years ago we were in Utah and had dinner with my Uncle Carl and Aunt Gaye. Aunt Gaye ALWAYS makes delicious meals! But this particular time she made the most delicious pot roast. I mean, we are talking mouth watering! I asked what was her secret and she simply said, "Shirley J's."
